Client's Charter

Academic Management Division


We, the staff of Academic Management Division (BPA) pledge our commitment to provide effective and efficient services as follows:

1. Examination

  • Ensuring that the class schedule is announced before the the academic session starts
  • Ensuring that the examination schedule is announced at the latest on the eighth (8) week of every semester
  • Ensuring that the results of the final examination is announced to students one (1) day after it has been certified and approved by the University Examination Council (MPU)

 
2. Data and records

  • Ensuring all application for data will be entertained within three (3) working days
  • Ensuring that the data provided to the stakeholders are 100% accurate and correct


3. Senate           

  • Distributing the meeting documentation to all members of the Senate not later than three (3) days prior to the meeting date


4. Awards and Graduation

  • Ensuring that the invitation to the convocation to be issued to the graduates one (1) month before the date of convocation
  • Ensuring that the degree scroll and academic transcript can be obtained by the graduates as soon as the convocation ceremony is concluded


5. Academic Administration

  • Ensure action or response to customer complaints is carried out within a period of three (3) days after the complaint is received.
